  2. No Re-assessment Allowed: Re-assessment of papers is strictly not permissible under any circumstances.
  3. Constitution of Rechecking Panel: The Controller of Examinations forms a panel or committee comprising at least three members, including the Concerned Head of Department (HOD)/In-Charge, Subject Expert, and a Senior Officer from Examinations as the Secretary.
  4. Panel Responsibilities: The panel confirms various aspects, including ensuring no portion of any answer is left unmarked, correct totaling of question parts, accurate grand total calculation, and matching the student’s handwriting with the answer book (applicable for offline papers).
